Homeowners of Stones Manor rest assured that their neighborhood is cared for by professional property managers. Ghertner & Company provide oversight to maintain quality and integrity in the Stones Manor community.

Services provided to each homeowner are funded through reasonable monthly HOA fees:

• Weekly curbside trash removal.
• Weekly front and rear lawn mowing and trimming with seasonal, scheduled weed
  control and fertilization.
• Use of the pool and neighborhood common areas.
• The Manor House is available to Stones Manor residents for private functions, by
  reservation through the HOA.
• Stones Manor is a pet friendly neighborhood.
